30-Day Happy-Pet Guarantee

We want you and your pet to love your PawSheen products. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to contact us.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. You won't need to send the item back.

Changed your mind?

Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact us first and we'll give you the return address and instructions. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

For hygiene reasons, grooming tools that have been used can only be returned if they are defective.

Refunds

Once your refund is approved, it's issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.

Lost packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in 10 business days, or your package is marked delivered but hasn't arrived, contact us and we'll help sort it out.
