Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping: $8.00
Free standard shipping on all orders over $70.

Processing and delivery

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes:

Items from our US warehouse: about 3 to 7 business days
All other items: about 5 to 11 business days

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow it all the way to your door.

Please note that orders containing several items may arrive in separate packages.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated in 10 business days, please contact us and we'll look into it right away.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it before your order ships.

Damaged or lost packages

If your order arrives damaged or never arrives, contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund. See our refund policy for details.
