How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days. Delivery then takes about 3 to 7 business days for items shipped from our US warehouse, and about 5 to 11 business days for other items. As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow it all the way to your door. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Orders over $70 ship free within the US. Standard shipping is $8 below that.

Is the grooming kit loud?
No. The ceramic motor runs at about 45 dB (rated under 60 dB), which is quieter than most standard clippers. We recommend short sessions and plenty of treats the first few times. Our guide How to Groom a Dog That Hates Grooming walks you through it.
Which size shark bed should I choose?
Small fits kittens and cats up to about 9 lb, Medium fits most cats and toy dogs up to about 15 lb, and Large fits big cats and small dogs up to about 22 lb. If your pet likes to stretch out, size up.
Can I use these on both dogs and cats?
Yes. Each product page lists which pets it suits best.
My order arrived damaged. What now?
Sorry about that! Email a photo to support@pawsheen.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
