Every PawSheen order ships with tracking. Here's how to see where yours is.
1. Check your shipping email
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking link. It comes from PawSheen and has your order number in the subject line. If you can't find it, check your spam or promotions folder.
2. Or look it up in your account
Go to your orders and sign in with the email you used at checkout. You'll get a one-time code by email, so there's no password to remember. Click your order to see its status and tracking.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. After that, items from our US warehouse usually arrive in about 3 to 7 business days, and other items in about 5 to 11 business days. Orders with several items can arrive in separate packages. See our shipping policy for the details.
Still no update?
If your tracking hasn't changed in 10 business days, or it says delivered but the package isn't there, email support@pawsheen.com with your order number. A real person replies within 24 hours on business days, and we'll make it right.
