Phone photos and videos are perfect. We'd much rather see your real couch, your real dog and the real fur than anything polished.
Want your video in our ads? $50 per video
Sometimes a customer video shows a product better than we ever could. If we'd like to use yours in our ads or on social media, we'll email you and ask first. If you say yes, we pay you $50 per video, by PayPal or as store credit, whichever you prefer. If you'd rather not, that's completely fine, and you keep your $20 credit either way.
Honest reviews only
- You get the same credit whether you give us 5 stars or 1 star. We're paying for your time, not for a good rating.
- We publish positive and negative reviews. We never edit what you write.
- Every review that received credit is labeled on our site, so other shoppers know.
- If something went wrong with your order, please also tell us at support@pawsheen.com so we can fix it.
How it works
- Leave your review. About two weeks after your order arrives we'll email you a review link, or you can review any product you bought straight from its product page.
- Email support@pawsheen.com with the subject "My review credit". Include your order number and the name you used on the review.
- Within 24 hours we'll check your review and reply with your credit code. Use it at checkout on your next order.
The small print
- Open to customers who bought the product from pawsheen.com. One reward per product you've purchased.
- Credit is sent as a one-time discount code, valid for 6 months. It can't be exchanged for cash.
- Photos and videos need to be your own and show the product you bought. Please don't film a pet who is stressed or uncomfortable. A calm 10 seconds beats a struggle every time.
- We don't publish reviews that contain spam, offensive language or other people's personal information, or that aren't about the product. These don't qualify for credit.
- For the $50 video offer, we'll send a short written agreement explaining exactly where and how long we can use the video before anything goes live.
